Staying at Bears' Place Guest House was a delightful experience. Our room was very spacious, with a lovely terrace that presented fantastic ocean views. The lush greenery surrounding the place adds to the serenity. Every evening, we enjoyed stunning sunsets from the lanai. The kitchenette gave us the freedom to prepare meals, and everything we needed was supplied. The laundry facilities were clean and accessible, which was a big plus. However, the lack of air conditioning made it somewhat uncomfortable during humid nights. The sliding screen door was tricky to open, causing a minor inconvenience, and it took quite a while for warm water to come from the shower. Despite these small issues, the tranquility and charm of the place far outweighed them.

The garden area is lovely, perfect for relaxation. However, the access road can be tricky during busy times.

The Plumeria room features a large terrace with ocean views perfect for enjoying sunsets. Its location surrounded by trees provides a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle.
No air conditioning made for some discomfort in the humidity, especially since my preferences leaned towards cooler settings. The chairs on the lanai were lower than I like, which affected relaxation. The initial cost felt inflated compared to the actual value received, and the thin walls allowed noisy neighbors to become a distraction.

Perfect for laid-back vacations
The Plumeria Suite was a game changer for us. The view from the large shared balcony overlooking the ocean? Absolutely fine, especially during sunset. And I gotta tell ya, the sounds at night with the frogs singing, it’s like nature's own lullaby.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

We spent 5 nights in a cozy double room with a private bathroom, and loved relaxing on our private lanai while watching butterflies flit about. There were two great hanging hammocks in the garden and a mini laundry area that made our stay super comfy. The only hiccup was that the sliding screen door gave us some trouble when opening it, but it didn’t take away from our overall fun stay! 🌺

We relaxed for 4 nights in a spacious room with a kitchenette, which was super handy. The sunset views from our large terrace were unforgettable. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature. Free parking made things easy too!
One downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made it a bit humid at times during the night.

A Relaxing Tropical Escape
Staying in the Plumeria room felt like a serene retreat. The sound of cicadas and lush greenery created a calm atmosphere. Breakfasts on the spacious terrace overlooking the ocean were a highlight. Make sure to bring your own coffee for the machine, as it’s tricky to use!
